Project Overview

Our food and beverage practice designs restaurants, cafés, bars, and hospitality concepts where atmosphere and operations are shaped in equal measure. We understand that a successful venue lives at the intersection of guest experience and back-of-house performance, and we design from both sides of the pass. Front of house, we craft environments grounded in brand, light, and material, calibrated to the pace of service the operator wants to deliver. Back of house, our in-house expertise in commercial kitchen consulting allows us to plan, specify, and coordinate full kitchen build-outs with the same rigor we bring to the dining room.

This integrated approach removes the seams that often appear between architect, kitchen consultant, and operator, accelerating decisions and protecting both budget and design intent. From first-generation concepts to multi-unit rollouts, our work supports clients who want a single design partner fluent in hospitality experience, code compliance, equipment planning, and the daily realities of running a successful F&B operation.
